Although the Chinese New Year holiday is coming to an end, in response to the call of the country and municipal governments and for the health of all of us, SHENZHEN CXD SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY GO., LTD will extend the holidays and resume work and production gradually on 14th Feb 2020 due to the uncertainty epidemic situation of the novel coronavirus.
In addition to the necessary personnel related to the production and delivery, we will minimize the accumulation of staff during February as much as possible. Hope you can understand our helplessness under the special situation.
We know that this will affect the current progress of some projects and orders delivery schedule. After discussion, we will make the following measures:
- Some of the team member will work from home. We will have Daily conference meeting in the morning and have daily report to maintain the best working condition and provide timely support to our customers.
- CXD project manager or sales will start to communicate with corresponding contact about the relevant project plan or update delivery schedule to explore the best solution and implement it in a practical manner.
- We promise we will continuously implement strict internal quality control system and will try our best to catch the earliest delivery schedule.
In addition, we promise that to date, all employees of Shenzhen CXD have no epidemic symptoms. If the project or orders are delayed during this period, please communicate with the project manager or sales manager, we will give our fully support!
