Quality Control System and Testing Flow Chart

The finished products will undergo the following three tests:

1.     Strict size measuring: The size of the product will be measured according to the engineering drawing. If the size of any product goes beyond the range of tolerances, it will definitely be defined as unqualified.

2.     Performance test: Every aspect of the performance parameters of product should come up to the standards which required by specification and Operation Instruction. A product with any minor performance deficiency will definitely be defined as unqualified.

3.     Random sampling test: Before the package, we will employ the measure of random sampling test for the sake of picking up any missed unqualified product.
